During the 2nd managerial meeting of the ASOP4G project all partners had the chance to discuss about the project’s pilot phase progress and especially about the implementation of the 3-day trainings for guardians and representatives of unaccompanied children. In particular, topics, trainee’s feedback and evaluation, challenges, as well as documentation of the deliverables were described by each national project team. Moreover, discussion on ongoing monthly training workshops and the handbook’s progress (structure, content, national versions) took place.
A common agreement on the finalization of the training module was reached, taking into account each country’s specifics. Additionally, development of other outputs such as the trainer’s manual, European version of the legal index, content and layout of brochures for children and professionals, the transnational collaboration protocol and the guardian’s accreditation procedure were discussed in order to conclude to common suggestions and ideas based on each participant country’s situation. Moreover, a template for the national evaluation report on the trainings was distributed and talked over. Finally, a work plan revision took place with a thorough review of the timeline of upcoming activities.
