During the kick-off meeting of the ASOP4G project all partner organisations and members of the project team had the chance to introduce themselves and many issues were thoroughly discussed in the basis of common understanding. Topics of presentation and discussion were the project’s objectives, definitions of key-terms, clarification of all issues regarding the work plan and its timeline, the project’s implementation, methodology, the research protocol, monitoring and evaluation, financial issues, ethical considerations, as well as suggestions for upcoming activities.
