By the end of the project’s core activities, dissemination meetings were organized in Greece, Cyprus, Lithuania and Italy. There the project outputs were presented and the project’s publications were introduced to the participants. This meeting was addressed to representatives from national authorities and NGOs involved in the protection of unaccompanied children. Discussion followed with regard to the protection of children, the implementation of the institution of guardianship, the care of unaccompanied children and the further use of the project’s outputs to the benefit of professionals on the field and children in reception countries.
In Greece the meeting took place in Athens on 17 December 2019; in Cyprus the meeting took place on 19 December 2019; in Lithuania the meeting took place in Vilnius on 6 12 2019; and in Italy the meeting took place in Genoa on 6 December 2019.
