National networking meetings were held in each partner country during which representatives from competent state agencies, services and NGOs were informed about ASOP4G project’s objectives, activities and expected results. In general, national guardianship systems were analyzed, professional’s training issues and the role and tasks of each participant agency in relation to unaccompanied minors.
The purpose of this activity was to bring together actors, organizations, authorities and public services in the field of child protection, migration and asylum in order to cooperate and therefore better safeguard unaccompanied children best interests and consequently improve the child protection system in each country.
Greece: the national networking meeting was held on 03.05.2018 at Hotel Athinais, 99 Vass.Sofias Str, Athens with the supporting agency of National Centre of Social Solidarity (EKKA).
Cyprus: the national networking meeting was held on 05.03.2018 at the premises of University of Nicosia.
Italy: the national networking meeting was held on 29.06.2018 at the Liguria Region Via Fieschi 15.
Lithuania: the national networking meeting was held on 11.05.2018 at the premises of Kazimieras Simonavičius University.
